Conference Idea

Arbitration is a rapidly growing alternative form of dispute resolution. Considering the fact that the economic and political environment is increasingly shifting court disputes - from their traditional forum, located within the common judiciary, to arbitration, the Cegielski Analysis Center decided to allow all parties willing to submit their disputes to an arbitration court. Hence, the Center decided to establish its own arbitration court: young, dynamic and fully responsive to the needs and expectations of its clients.

The main aim of this conference is to present what "arbitration" is. "Modern Arbitration" fits perfectly into all visible trends. The discussion on issues related to arbitration may refer to various issues developed by Polish doctrine and jurisprudence. Nevertheless, arbitration seems distant from the current everyday use when there are no questions about its essence, benefits, or initiation of the manner of dealing with inquiries about the award.
